About this role
Lead product quality and manufacturing excellence for Everpure hardware systems at Pure Storage, managing the complete quality lifecycle from design through production. Drive design for excellence initiatives, coordinate failure analyses with global suppliers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure zero-defect manufacturing and sustaining product performance.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end product quality lifecycle, including PCBA manufacturing, system integration, and field performance metrics
- Lead Design for Excellence (DFx) activities to ensure high-volume production readiness with zero-defect standards
- Coordinate failure analyses with global suppliers and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Develop process documentation and manufacturing quality standards; provide input during design reviews
- Drive process improvements in manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Test, Quality, and Contract Manufacturers
