Software Engineer, Stablecoin

About this role

Ramp seeks a Software Engineer to build and scale stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure. You'll work on mission-critical fintech systems, partner with external providers, and integrate blockchain capabilities into core products for a company managing over $200B in annualized spend.

What you'll do

• Design and scale stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
• Partner with external providers and internal teams to deliver end-to-end product flows
• Build secure integrations with wallet, custody, and settlement systems
• Collaborate across engineering to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products
• Own solutions to complex fintech challenges using emerging technologies
• Ensure security and reliability of critical financial systems

What they're looking for

• Stablecoin and blockchain payment systems
• 4+ years building high-quality architectures for critical systems
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Object-oriented or functional programming (Python, Go, Java)
• Security-sensitive system design (key management, wallet security)
• Payments, money movement, or crypto infrastructure experience
• On-chain UX and settlement mechanics
• Financial service API integrations
