Business Applications Engineer, Oracle Transport Management
About this role
Redwood Materials seeks an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) administrator to oversee their transportation platform, managing supplier and customer integrations across inbound and outbound logistics. The role involves configuring and maintaining OTM, managing carrier integrations and freight settlement, and coordinating with the new in-house WMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems.
What you'll do
- Own Oracle Transportation Management configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations as internal point of accountability
- Partner with logistics, warehouse, material flow, finance, and business development stakeholders to ensure OTM meets operational needs
- Manage carrier onboarding, rate maintenance, freight settlement, and audit-pay processes
- Execute regression testing for quarterly cloud updates and manage system integrations
- Own integration between OTM and new in-house WMS, coordinating shipping and receiving synchronization
- Coordinate with development team and outsourced provider on WMS transitions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP connectivity
