Relativity Space is seeking a GNC Simulation Engineer II to contribute to the simulation and development of the Terran R rocket. This role involves collaborating across teams to model and analyze flight dynamics, enhancing the systems that drive the rocket's performance from launch to landing.
What you'll do
- Contribute to 6DOF simulation for GNC algorithm development
- Develop and integrate subsystem models into simulation
- Implement numerical solvers and physics models
- Create simulation configuration, scheduling, and logging
- Develop simulation interfaces with GNC algorithms
- Maintain and improve the simulation development environment

- Degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in C++ and Python
