About this role
Relativity Space seeks a Stage Development Engineer I to support vehicle systems integration and testing for the Terran R rocket. You'll balance technical, cost, and schedule constraints while developing verification activities, managing interfaces, and executing test campaigns alongside cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Perform requirements decomposition and develop vehicle/system/unit-level design verification activities
- Develop and maintain system and stage-level Interface Control Documents
- Balance program risk through adjudication and mitigation planning
- Write and review test objectives, matrices, and plans for qualification and acceptance testing
- Develop and execute operational plans and Concepts of Operations for test and launch campaigns
- Travel to test and launch sites; support shifted schedules for critical milestones
