Field Engineer

About this role

Replit is seeking a skilled Enterprise/Strategic Field Engineer to lead technical initiatives for their key accounts in a hybrid pre-sales and post-sales capacity. This role requires expertise in managing complex technical evaluations, driving customer adoption, and ensuring enterprise clients maximize the use of Replit's platform.

What you'll do

• Conduct strategic technical discovery for complex sales deals
• Build live applications during executive meetings to demonstrate value
• Deploy Model Context Protocol servers for secure connections
• Configure enterprise governance and workspace policies
• Lead technical kickoffs and ensure production readiness
• Run training sessions to enable client teams

What they're looking for

• 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• Expertise in using Replit
• Experience with enterprise customer adoption and renewal
• Ability to create live applications on-demand
• Proficient in coding (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Strong understanding of APIs and cloud architecture
• Thrives in high-accountability team environments
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
