About this role

Retell AI seeks a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Engineer on a contract basis to support enterprise customers deploying and scaling AI voice agents in production. You'll combine technical problem-solving with customer relationship building, helping teams integrate voice AI into their systems while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Support technical onboarding and deployment for enterprise customers using AI voice agents
  • Build and design AI voice agents alongside customers, including conversation flows and deployment strategies
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, and integrations
  • Identify product gaps through customer feedback and translate needs into actionable improvements
  • Help customers launch new AI use cases and expand product adoption
  • Partner with engineering teams to work directly in customer codebases when needed
