About this role

Retell AI seeks a new grad Forward Deployed Engineer to build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. You'll split time between writing production code and working directly with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot problems, and move projects to production.

What you'll do

  • Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers
  • Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Develop integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems
  • Work directly with customers to understand requirements and solve technical problems
  • Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions
  • Become an expert in Retell's platform and turn customer feedback into improvements
