About this role
Retell AI seeks a Founding Sales Engineer to guide enterprise customers through Voice AI adoption, from initial technical discussions to production deployment. You'll design solutions, build proofs of concept, and act as a technical advisor while shaping the company's sales engineering function and product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and win strategy development for enterprise Voice AI opportunities
- Design scalable enterprise solutions covering APIs, integrations, conversation architecture, and security
- Build demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable business value
- Present technical solutions to engineering teams, architects, and executives throughout the sales cycle
- Guide customers through architecture reviews and best practices for production deployments
- Create sample integrations and technical assets to accelerate customer adoption
