About this role
Join Robinhood's Cryptographic Services & Infrastructure team to design and operate secure key management and encryption systems protecting sensitive financial data. You'll build and scale the company's new in-house card-processing service while collaborating with engineering teams across software, infrastructure, and security domains.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain production services supporting key management, encryption, and decryption
- Architect and launch Robinhood's in-house card-processing environment for sensitive financial data
- Write clean, maintainable production code and build operational tooling across multiple technical domains
- Collaborate with internal teams on migrations and drive adoption of cryptographic capabilities
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule to ensure high availability and operational reliability
