About this role
Rubrik seeks a Strategic Sales Engineer in Seattle to provide technical expertise and sales leadership for data resilience solutions in the Northwest region. You'll partner with account executives on customer demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution architecture while driving pipeline growth and exceeding sales quotas.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical leadership and guidance to customers and sales teams on integrated technology solutions
- Lead customer technical presentations and demos to both technical staff and executive leadership
- Design and propose solutions aligned with customer technology and business requirements
- Qualify sales opportunities based on technical needs, competition, and funding
- Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives
- Serve as subject matter expert on Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools
