About this role
The Process/Quality Engineer will focus on enhancing manufacturing excellence and product quality in an electro-mechanical production setting. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with specifications, leading process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and control standards
- Lead manufacturing process optimizations and troubleshooting
- Drive yield improvement through data analysis and root cause methodologies
- Support new product introductions and establish validation criteria
- Investigate field issues and communicate resolutions effectively
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
- 5–7+ years in electro-mechanical manufacturing
- Hands-on process troubleshooting
- Statistical analysis and yield improvement
- Familiarity with quality systems and documentation
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Understanding of inspection standards
