Samsara is seeking a Compliance Product Support Engineer to join their Global Technical Support team. This remote role is crucial for addressing complex escalations related to regulatory compliance and IoT systems, ensuring product accuracy and user satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Act as the final escalation point for ELD compliance product issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of complex product issues and coordinate with R&D.
• Analyze device telemetry to create actionable technical narratives.
• Assist with audits and inspections alongside internal teams.
• Lead post-mortem analyses for continuous product improvement.
• Develop internal tools to improve operational efficiency.
