About this role

Samsara seeks a bilingual Sales Engineer II to support the global sales team with technical expertise on IoT-connected operations solutions. You'll handle inbound technical inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, develop scripting solutions, and create learning content while serving as a technical resource bridge between sales teams and customers across logistics, fleet, and asset management industries.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and respond to inbound technical questions from the global sales team
  • Conduct technical trials and proof-of-concept demonstrations for prospects
  • Develop software scripts and API integrations to support sales solutions
  • Create digital content for product learning, installation, and configuration
  • Manage hardware and software lab infrastructure and remote testing kits
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication for RFP responses and customer success
