Electrical Test Engineer

Saronic Technologies is hiring an Electrical Test Engineer to develop and execute electrical test plans for maritime autonomous systems. The position requires collaboration across engineering disciplines and involves maintaining automated test equipment while ensuring thorough validation of electrical designs.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute structured test plans based on engineering design processes.
• Perform verification testing at various levels including functional and reliability testing.
• Assist in the design and maintenance of automated test equipment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure testability of designs.
• Document test procedures and results accurately.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical failures.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in electrical test engineering.
• Experience with automated test scripts (Python, LabVIEW).
• Knowledge of electrical lab instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the engineering design lifecycle.
• Experience with structured test documentation.
