Saronic Technologies is looking for a Forward Deployed Hardware Engineer to apply their mechanical and electrical expertise in real-world maritime applications. This role involves integrating and troubleshooting cutting-edge technology on Autonomous Service Vessels, transitioning innovations from lab settings to operational environments.

What you'll do

• Integrate mechanical and electrical systems onto Autonomous Service Vessels
• Lead rapid prototyping and field experimentation
• Troubleshoot power, networking, and sensor subsystems
• Conduct dockside and sea trials for system validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware designs
• Provide documentation and training for deployment processes

• Mechanical and electrical integration

• Proficient in CAD software
• Familiar with Linux operating systems
