Saronic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in wire harness assemblies for autonomous marine vehicles. This position focuses on streamlining manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting cross-functional teams to facilitate new product introductions and ongoing production.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for wire harness manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Optimize manufacturing workflows using Lean principles
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineering on design for manufacturability

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• Experience in wire harness manufacturing
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices
• Experience with electrical schematics and harness drawings
• Crimp validation experience
