Forward Deployed Engineer, CE (Evergreen)

About this role

Sayari seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed within strategic client environments and architect high-impact solutions for economic security and commercial risk challenges. You'll blend engineering expertise with strategic advising, owning the complete technical lifecycle from discovery through operationalization while serving as the bridge between client missions and Sayari's product roadmap.

What you'll do

• Deploy into client technical ecosystems to understand workflows and mission requirements, then design and ship production-grade Python, SQL, and API-integrated solutions
• Lead technical lifecycle of strategic deployments from discovery and architectural design through implementation and operationalization
• Serve as primary technical authority for clients, conducting deep-dive workshops and advising on platform leverage for investigations and missions
• Build robust data pipelines and workflows into client data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) and develop custom Python scripts and AI/ML prototypes
• Translate real-world operational needs and client feedback into product recommendations for core engineering teams
• Debug complex systems and act as hands-on technical advisor while operating with extreme ownership in ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios
