ADAS Calibration and Validation Engineer
About this role
Scout Motors seeks an ADAS Calibration and Validation Engineer to develop and validate advanced driver assistance features for their new electric and range-extended pickup trucks and SUVs. You'll collaborate across teams to execute calibration strategies, manage testing variants, and drive ADAS features through development milestones in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Execute ADAS feature calibration and validation in collaboration with drive, chassis, and steering teams
- Develop calibration variants for different vehicle models and trim levels
- Participate in calibration trips to define deliverables and measure development progress
- Work with lead calibration engineers to create and execute calibration and validation plans
- Collaborate with virtual testing team to develop hardware-in-the-loop test cases
- Provide calibration and validation status updates for program milestones
