- 5+ years in BIW manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
- Experience with welding processes and robotic automation
- Knowledge of dimensional engineering principles
- Strong analytical skills with CMM reports
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Basic knowledge of robot programming
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
