About this role

Sentry seeks software engineering interns to own end-to-end projects on real production code, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams. You'll write code that matters to millions of developers while gaining mentorship and contributing to open-source projects.

What you'll do

  • Own a project from tech spec through implementation, testing, and production deployment
  • Write production code that ships to real users of Sentry's monitoring platform
  • Collaborate with Product or Infrastructure Engineering teams on assigned features
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to teammates
  • Contribute to open-source initiatives regularly
  • Use AI tooling as part of your development workflow
