About this role

Serval seeks a Deployment Strategist, Renewals to own post-deployment customer success and drive renewals for an AI-native automation platform. You'll combine technical troubleshooting and production code changes with customer advocacy, building scalable support systems while ensuring customers achieve lasting adoption and expansion.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary technical resource for deployed customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems quickly
  • Drive renewal revenue and identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Build automation, tooling, and playbooks to scale support operations without proportional headcount growth
  • Modify production code to fix bugs and implement features addressing customer needs
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation enabling customer self-sufficiency
