• Define a 3–9-month AI roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate strategy into prioritized increments with clear documentation.
• Conduct evaluations and A/B experiments for AI features.
• Establish safety and compliance requirements for responsible AI.
• Define product requirements for API and event-driven integrations.
• Lead analyses for build vs. buy decisions regarding AI solutions.
