Product Integrity Engineer - Corded
About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Product Integrity Engineer for the Shark Corded division to embed quality into the new product development process from design through production. You'll lead design validation, DFMEA, DVP&R activities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet the company's 5-star quality standard before market launch.
What you'll do
- Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and safety reviews to identify quality risks early in NPD
- Define and execute design verification and validation plans aligned with product requirements and regulatory standards
- Analyze engineering changes for quality impact and conduct critical pre-production data analysis
- Lead cross-functional input tracker meetings and serve as quality voice in NPD team decisions
- Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to establish process controls and quality gates before mass production
- Support supplier corrective actions, coordinate CAPA activities, and present validation status to senior leadership
