About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Test Engineer to own all testing activities for assigned products in their Needham, MA office. You'll design test plans, coordinate with US and China-based teams, execute physical product testing, and report results to ensure high-reliability consumer products.
What you'll do
- Own all testing activities for assigned products with manager guidance
- Create detailed test plans with protocols, data collection methods, and pass/fail criteria
- Design, set up, and execute hands-on product tests for physical and software validation
- Coordinate testing needs with US and China-based test team resources
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for product testing
- Perform black box testing to validate consumer user experience

- Statistical methods understanding
- Lab equipment operation and learning capability
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Engineering degree holder
