About this role
Sierra is seeking a Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for the Tech, Media & Telecom sector, working with enterprise clients like Uber and Rivian. You'll own the complete agent development lifecycle from pilot through production, directly shaping both customer solutions and Sierra's core platform evolution.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue across industries
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) with full ownership from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
- Partner directly with enterprise leaders and startups to understand business challenges and build transformative AI solutions
- Prototype and surface unmet needs to guide evolution of Sierra's core platform
- Build highly performant, reliable, and scalable systems running in production environments
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development
