Sierra seeks a Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for travel and hospitality enterprises. You'll own the full agent development lifecycle, partner directly with major airlines and hotel chains, and shape the platform's evolution through real-world customer challenges.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and solve mission-critical customer problems
  • Own the complete agent development lifecycle from pilot through deployment and continuous optimization
  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
  • Develop multimodal experiences including voice, chat, and rich UI integrations
  • Create complex booking flows with payment orchestration, maps integration, and personalization engines
  • Surface platform gaps and collaborate with product and research teams to drive feature development
