About this role

Sierra is seeking a web developer to own the frontend across their product and marketing surfaces, building customer-facing experiences and content infrastructure using modern tools like React and Sanity CMS. You'll balance growth-focused features with performance and accessibility, partnering closely with marketing, design, and content teams to scale the platform.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain frontend for both product interface and marketing website, ensuring consistent UX across touchpoints
  • Build and optimize Sanity CMS infrastructure with self-serve tooling and content models for non-technical teams
  • Implement analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to drive growth and measure business impact
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, media performance, and diagnose rendering and loading issues
  • Design and implement internationalization and localization infrastructure for multilingual support
  • Ensure WCAG compliance, semantic markup, and accessibility standards across all frontend code
