About this role

Solace is seeking a recent Computer Science graduate (class of 2027) to join their Series C healthcare startup as an Associate Product Engineer. You'll ship production code within your first week, own features end-to-end across the full stack, and work directly with senior engineers in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where you're expected to move quickly and drive your own growth.

What you'll do

  • Ship production code and real features impacting users in the first week
  • Build across the full stack—database, APIs, and UI components
  • Own features end-to-end from design through deployment
  • Debug production issues and refactor code to improve systems
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and product planning
  • Deploy continuously and iterate rapidly based on user feedback
