About this role
Solace Health seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for a rapidly growing healthcare startup. You'll manage user onboarding, troubleshoot multi-platform issues, administer cloud identity and endpoint management tools, and help build scalable IT processes in a hybrid Redwood City environment.
What you'll do
- Provide frontline Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via helpdesk and remote-support tools for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding including device setup, account provisioning, and access management across Google Workspace, Okta, and 1Password
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms
- Administer endpoint-management and device-security tools while collaborating with the Security team on compliance
- Maintain hardware inventory, asset tracking, and license management systems
- Document IT procedures and workflows; support office infrastructure including printers, routers, and A/V systems
