About this role
SpaceX seeks a Data Engineer to enhance Starlink's enterprise go-to-market systems by improving data quality, building AI-powered integrations, and automating sales workflows. You'll work across CRM platforms, design MCP servers for AI assistants, and partner with sales and operations teams to reduce manual processes and accelerate revenue cycles.
What you'll do
- Improve data hygiene across CRM and go-to-market systems by identifying and remediating bad, duplicate, and stale records
- Build integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connecting AI assistants to internal and external sales systems
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate Starlink Enterprise workflows from pipeline generation through closed revenue
- Develop data validation and enrichment logic to improve inputs for AI agents and analytics
- Instrument monitoring and feedback loops to track data quality and agent performance against business outcomes
- Partner with sales, sales ops, and channel teams to convert manual data-quality problems into scalable automations
