What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, and EPA regulations
- Conduct job hazard assessments and monitor workplace safety
- Inspect and correct potential hazards in facilities and equipment
- Investigate accidents to identify root causes and preventative measures
- Develop safety contingency plans for emergencies
- Maintain documentation and compliance records for safety inspections

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of safety and environmental oversight experience
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in industrial hygiene and machine guarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
