• Act as the company-wide Laser Safety Officer, performing hazard analyses and audits.
• Manage chemical hygiene and hazardous materials safety programs across the organization.
• Integrate safety programs into a cohesive EHS framework supporting SpaceX's operations.
• Conduct safety training and lead incident investigations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of EHS experience
• Knowledge of NRC/Texas regulations
• Experience with ANSI Z136 standards
• Ability to perform hazard analyses
• Skilled in safety training delivery
