What you'll do

• Develop and execute material compliance strategies for Starlink hardware
• Lead compliance programs like RoHS, REACH, and WEEE
• Manage material data systems and oversee supplier data collection
• Conduct risk assessments on components and materials
• Prepare technical documentation for global compliance
• Monitor emerging regulations and update internal requirements

What they're looking for

• Degree in chemical/materials engineering or related STEM field
• 1+ years in materials compliance for consumer electronics
• 3+ years preferred in compliance for high-volume electronics
• Expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE
• Experience with material data management systems
• Understanding of global environmental regulations
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
