About this role
SpaceX seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and operate observability systems for Starlink's satellite network. You'll build high-volume data ingestion pipelines, develop real-time dashboards, and automate network monitoring to track constellation health and customer quality of service.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines for high-volume telemetry from satellites, terminals, and ground infrastructure
- Build frontend dashboards and interactive visualizations for network monitoring and stakeholder reporting
- Develop automation to reduce manual operations and improve anomaly detection
- Maintain software engineering best practices and high code quality standards across the full stack
- Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex business and technical problems
- Enable real-time alerting and performance metrics for network operations
