Operations Engineer (Facilities)

What you'll do

• Develop visual standards for workflows and dashboards
• Support continuous improvement projects
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and drive improvements
• Create reports and tools for operational metrics
• Conduct operations audits for efficiency
• Implement management tools to reduce wasted effort

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 2+ years in operations/process improvement
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with CAD software and MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills
