What you'll do

  • Develop and execute test cases for RF BAW filter devices across 2GHz to >10GHz frequency ranges
  • Create calibration procedures and optimize probe station workflows in high-mix manufacturing
  • Drive yield improvement and cost reduction through process optimization and SPC/DOE analysis
  • Own automated probe stations and VNA equipment, troubleshooting issues with vendors and maintenance
  • Lead test operators, coordinate cross-functional projects, and manage tool installations
  • Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability and maintain technical documentation/SOPs
