Go-to-Market Engineer

Speechify is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to develop and manage the technical systems that support their outbound sales efforts. This role focuses on building infrastructure for lead generation, CRM management, and AI-driven personalization to enhance sales efficiency.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain outbound infrastructure for lead sourcing and sequencing workflows
• Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including CRM and enrichment tools
• Deploy AI agents for automated outreach and prospect research
• Track and optimize sales funnel metrics continuously
• Create integrations and automations to streamline data management
• Evaluate and adopt new GTM tools and technologies

What they're looking for

• Experience in GTM engineering or RevOps
• Proficiency with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce
• Knowledge of outreach tools like Outreach or Instantly
• Ability to build lead scoring and enrichment systems
• Strong analytical skills with funnel metrics
• Quick execution and adaptability
