We are seeking a friendly and dependable full-time Dietary Server to help provide enjoyable dining experiences for our residents. If you enjoy helping others and take pride in providing attentive service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Take residents’ meal orders and assist with food choices as needed.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly, using proper service techniques and ensuring food is presented attractively.

• Learn residents’ names and dining preferences, and follow prescribed dietary restrictions and instructions.

• Assist the cook with basic meal preparation as directed.

• Set tables before meals, clear tables afterward, and prepare the dining room for the next service.

• Assist with dishwashing, operating the dishwasher, and putting away clean dishes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room before, during, and after meals.

• Complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks while following food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Respect residents’ rights, preferences, privacy, and dignity.

• Communicate resident requests or concerns to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:

• Previous food service, restaurant, or senior living experience is helpful but not required.

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate approach to working with older adults.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.

• Dependable attendance and a professional appearance.

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist coworkers.
