We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to help keep residents’ clothing, linens, and towels clean, organized, and cared for.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute residents’ personal laundry and community linens.

• Ensure clothing, linens, and towels are returned clean and in good condition.

• Follow care labels and laundry procedures to prevent damage or misplaced items.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area.

• Follow infection control procedures and safely handle laundry products and equipment.

• Report damaged items, equipment concerns, or supply needs to the supervisor.

• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences, including knocking before entering rooms.

• Communicate respectfully with residents and coworkers and contribute to a positive community environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, healthcare, or senior living experience is helpful but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable, respectful, and compassionate.

• Commitment to providing quality service and supporting the needs of older adults.
