Integration Engineer (Chicago)

About this role

Stripe's Professional Services team seeks an Integration Engineer to work with enterprise clients on strategic payment infrastructure projects. You'll lead technical integrations end-to-end, serve as the primary technical contact for major customers, and help shape Stripe's product direction through customer insights.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute integration engineering projects from architecture design through implementation
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams on high-visibility client engagements
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers and partners
• Educate users and developer communities on Stripe's capabilities, best practices, and new technologies
• Debug and troubleshoot Stripe code and customer implementations
• Provide product and engineering teams with customer feedback and recommendations
