About this role
Stripe seeks a Software Engineer to design and maintain APIs, services, and systems powering their financial infrastructure platform. You'll work across full-stack development, payments integration, and large-scale systems while collaborating with engineers company-wide.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and services using Ruby, Scala, and Go
- Develop software infrastructure including testing, deployment, and documentation
- Engineer payments integration with financial partner systems
- Debug production issues across multiple service layers
- Build secure systems for sensitive data storage
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
