About this role
Stripe seeks a full-stack engineer to build and optimize technical solutions supporting its global payment infrastructure and 24/7 support operations. You'll collaborate across teams to design production systems, improve operational efficiency, and deliver features that serve both internal workflows and customer needs.
What you'll do
- Drive technical innovation for automation and efficiency across Stripe's platform and support operations
- Design and implement features powering the global 24/7 support infrastructure
- Write high-quality, well-tested code with robust monitoring and observability
- Collaborate with product, design, and operational teams to understand challenges and deliver solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
- Measure outcomes and gather data to demonstrate successful execution of initiatives
