Database Support Engineer (EMEA)

Supabase is seeking a Database Support Engineer to join their remote support team, where you'll resolve complex issues and improve the developer experience with their Postgres development platform. Ideal candidates have extensive experience with technical support and a deep understanding of PostgreSQL.

What you'll do

• Resolve advanced customer issues across various Supabase services.
• Provide proactive advice to optimize user workloads.
• Reproduce bugs and propose solutions to engineering.
• Communicate effectively with users in high-stress situations.
• Identify patterns in support tickets to recommend documentation improvements.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance support quality.

• 7+ years in technical support or backend engineering
• Expertise in PostgreSQL internals
