About this role

Supabase seeks an IAM Engineer to manage identity and endpoint operations across Okta, Slack, and Iru MDM, providing follow-the-sun coverage alongside the IDM/MDM Lead. You'll own joiner-mover-leaver workflows, enforce security baselines, and automate repetitive IT tasks while supporting a distributed team with strong preference for EST/APAC candidates.

What you'll do

  • Administer Okta including user provisioning, SSO configuration, MFA policies, and access audits
  • Own end-to-end joiner-mover-leaver workflows to ensure timely access grants and revocations
  • Manage Iru MDM for macOS fleet: device enrollment, compliance baselines, and security policy enforcement
  • Administer Slack workspace governance, app reviews, and enterprise grid operations
  • Automate repetitive IT operations through scripting and workflow tooling; create and maintain runbooks
  • Review and approve new SaaS integrations against security standards; maintain application inventory
