About this role

Taara Connect is looking for an FPGA Design Engineer to oversee the complete lifecycle of FPGA designs focusing on high-data-rate communication and precision tracking systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance connectivity.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate on high-speed digital signal processing algorithms
  • Implement custom RTL modules for communications
  • Develop and verify test benches for RTL modules
  • Integrate third-party IP cores and create custom RTL wrappers
  • Assist in board bring-up and troubleshooting
  • Stay updated on FPGA technologies and contribute to process improvements

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in FPGA/Digital Logic Design
  • Proficiency in System Verilog or Verilog
  • Experience with FPGA design flow and high-speed interfaces
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Benefits
