About this role
Tenable is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level support for its vulnerability management and compliance products. You'll troubleshoot complex customer issues, analyze security scan results, and collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges in enterprise environments while maintaining deep product knowledge.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues using remote techniques and lab environment testing
- Analyze vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events to provide actionable guidance
- Build relationships and collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations teams
- Recreate customer software issues in a lab environment for engineering assessment
- Create and publish knowledge base articles for customer and internal reuse
- Capture customer feedback and route to Product Management and R&D teams
