AI Enablement Engineer

About this role

TENEX is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to develop an internal AI platform that enhances productivity across teams. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create tools and integrations that leverage AI, fostering a culture of AI fluency within the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop TENEX's internal AI platform and reusable tools.
• Collaborate with teams to identify needs for the AI roadmap.
• Manage and execute a predictable platform development roadmap.
• Maintain and improve the AI work companion based on feedback.
• Integrate Claude with internal tools using APIs and webhooks.
• Conduct training sessions and onboarding to enhance AI proficiency.

What they're looking for

• Expertise in Anthropic's Claude ecosystem.
• Experience with Python and software development (5+ years).
• Strong integration and API management skills.
• Prompt engineering capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI governance practices.
• Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub).
• Problem-solving skills for technical workflows.
• Understanding of Gemini Enterprise is a plus.
