Field Sales Engineer
About this role
Tenstorrent seeks a Sales Engineer with deep AI/ML expertise to bridge technical and business conversations with enterprise customers. You'll showcase AI platform capabilities, translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and gather customer feedback to inform product strategy.
What you'll do
- Conduct pre-sales technical meetings and workshops to understand customer AI/ML challenges and demonstrate solutions
- Translate complex AI/semiconductor concepts for both technical researchers and non-technical executives
- Partner with sales and product teams to collect customer insights and shape roadmap priorities
- Provide technical validation and proof-of-concept support for enterprise evaluations
- Stay current on generative models, LLMs, and AI accelerator performance optimization
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
