SoC Physical Design Verification Engineer
About this role
Tenstorrent is looking for a SoC Physical Design Verification Engineer to ensure high-quality, manufacturable silicon through physical verification and signoff processes. The position involves collaborating across multiple teams to address complex verification challenges in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Drive full-chip signoff and physical verification closure
- Debug issues using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate across RTL, PD, CAD, and packaging teams
- Lead physical verification processes including DRC, LVS, and ERC
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
- Ensure manufacturability of silicon across advanced technology nodes
What they're looking for
- Experience in CPU/IP/SoC physical verification
- Proficient with tools like Calibre, ICV, and Innovus
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent scripting skills in Python and TCL
- Familiarity with ESD planning and reliability analysis
- Understanding of advanced node challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Technical leadership and mentoring
