Tenstorrent is looking for a SoC Physical Design Verification Engineer to ensure high-quality, manufacturable silicon through physical verification and signoff processes. The position involves collaborating across multiple teams to address complex verification challenges in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

  • Drive full-chip signoff and physical verification closure
  • Debug issues using industry-standard tools
  • Collaborate across RTL, PD, CAD, and packaging teams
  • Lead physical verification processes including DRC, LVS, and ERC
  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
  • Ensure manufacturability of silicon across advanced technology nodes

What they're looking for

  • Experience in CPU/IP/SoC physical verification
  • Proficient with tools like Calibre, ICV, and Innovus
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent scripting skills in Python and TCL
  • Familiarity with ESD planning and reliability analysis
  • Understanding of advanced node challenges
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Technical leadership and mentoring
